Dale Noelle is . . .
An Entrepreneur
Dale was one of the fashion industry’s most successful and sought after fitting models for nearly two decades before establishing TRUE Model Management. Dale originally created TRUE to manage her own prosperous modeling career. Dale’s decision to transition from model to model manager, and ultimately the founder of TRUE, was a natural progression rooted in her passion to connect people and assist them in actualizing their dreams.
An Educator
Dale is currently an instructor at The Fashion Institute of Technology and a Health Coach. She is a former yoga instructor and personal trainer.
A Passionate Philanthropist
Dale is a compassionate person who strongly believes in giving back to communities to further enrich the world. Dale is on the boards of the Women and Fashion FilmFest and DRAM Conference, was nominated to the Emerging Leaders Council of The Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation (FEHSF). She regularly supports, organizes and participates in many charity events. In addition, she is an advocate for eco-friendly fashion/businesses, Manufacturing in the America and NEDA ~ National Eating Disorders Association.
A Survivor
Dale was diagnosed with cancer while pregnant with her daughter and has undergone several head and neck surgeries, but is now cancer-free. She is one of New York University’s faces of oral cancer and actively supports cancer researchers at Fred Hutchinson who are working to develop the best methods of cancer detection and treatments to eradicate all forms of the disease. Through her life’s journey, Dale’s passion is to inspire others to be optimistic, overcome adversity, find the good in any situation, pursue your dreams, and to live a meaningful life.
An Avid Traveler
As a lover of new experiences and networking, traveling is one of Dale’s favorite activities, as it enables her to connect with new places and people. Traveling is one way in which Dale finds inspiration and brings renewed passion into her work.
A Networker
The ability to effectively connect with others is one of Dale’s strengths. She is not simply a “people-person” – she is genuinely interested in and cares about others so it makes her a natural networker. It is her passion to unite people and to help improve their lives. This unique ability coupled with her extensive knowledge, make her a professional asset as she is able to foster important introductions to further the careers of others.
Family Oriented
Dale is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Family and friends are always at the forefront of Dale’s priorities and she schedules quality time to create incredible memories with those she loves. As a woman with endless lists of things to do, Dale does her best to balance her career, family and personal time. Dale also stresses the importance of eating well and incorporating deep breathing techniques and exercise into busy days. Embracing a positive attitude and knowing that everything that happens is meant to be, is pivotal to her happiness.
